Ishita Verma

With 30 years of experience in the corporate sector and school education, Ishita is a sociology graduate, PGDCA and a gold medallist in Educational Management. Her true passion lies in being with children, animals and nature. She excelled at designing and implementing innovative and sustainability-driven curriculum for the students of the schools she headed and helped set up. Ishita has conducted several in-service training sessions for teachers and parents; sessions for the Gyan Sarovar Sahodaya Schools (Gujarat); as well as webinars, chapter reviews and chapter frameworks for Collins India.
Bhavna Tandon

Bhavna Tandon holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology, a Diploma in Fashion Designing and has 18 years of experience as an Educationist. She has successfully led a team of teachers to attain excellence while stressing upon holistic growth of students.
Bhavna is well-versed and adept with the nuances of dealing with children, parents and staff for their mental well-being while working in one of the leading schools in the city of Vadodara. She has also lent her expertise in the development of academic curriculum, not just for generic schooling but also for students struggling with emotional, behavioral and academic concerns.

In January 2021, she founded QEDRAK, with an aim to plug the gaps in school education by enabling School institutions for restructuring and aligning their operations to NEP 2020, as well as empowering teachers through the variety of QEDRAK professional development courses, workshops and webinars.

Chetan Anand is a Digital Trust Leader and a National Cyber Security Scholar with more than two decades of professional experience. He has rich experience in industries such as IT, ITES, Fintech, Healthcare / Pharma, Manufacturing and R&D in various capacities including Technical, Managerial and Leadership roles. He is an Associate Vice President – Information Security and CISO at Profinch Solutions. He is a thought leader with widely published contributions including peer-reviewed international and national journals and a purpose to drive the goals. He volunteers with global organizations such as ISO, ISACA and BSI as well as national organizations such as ISAC and Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). He actively engages with the academia, government, industry, and the media.

He has served as jury member for Entrepreneurial and leadership programs for young people from schools, B-Schools to Aspiring Entrepreneurs. In 2023, he was shortlisted in amongst the Top 100 Future Leaders In 2023. He has addressed schools on careers and leadership across India & the Middle East. In 2024, he received the Thrive 2024 award for Social Impact. He runs a series of workshops titled ‘Career Compass’ for schools.
