He has designed, developed and deployed 3000 plus programs for educational institutions, Fortune 500 Companies as well as social sector organizations from Infosys , ITC , UNDP, UNICEF, United Nations to organizations such as TAPMI Business School , Monster Jobs Malaysia amongst others.
He is an accredited Career Coach from NCDA , USA. He holds credentials in Transactional Analysis , NLP amongst others . He has served as jury member for Entrepreneurial and leadership programs for young people from schools, B-Schools to Aspiring Entrepreneurs. In 2023 he was shortlisted in amongst the top 100 Future Leaders In 2023. He has addressed schools on careers and leadership across India &the Middle East. In 2024 He received the Thrive 2024 award for Social Impact. He runs a series of workshops titled " Career Compass" for Schools.

These often-quoted lines from Robert Frost’s poem seem ideal for us to motivate young people to pursue less explored career opportunities and pathways. We are told that when choosing a career, it is important to find one that aligns with your personal interests and values.
More importantly, we are always encouraged to pursue a career path that is ever green, tried and tested and of course, incrementally or immediately high paying with a social status. With so many unique jobs available, you can find a position where the primary work you perform relates to your interests, passions or hobbies.
What are lesser explored careers?
Lesser explored careers are lesser-known positions that are not as traditional/ conventional well known as job titles such as teachers, sales associates, doctors and lawyers. In comparison, people may not have even heard of these less common careers, possibly because other people don't talk about them as frequently. These career paths help more individuals connect their interests, hobbies and passions to their professional lives, and they give them opportunities to use their unique knowledge, skills and experiences in meaningful and impactful ways.
With the advent of time and changes in the global/local economy and other factors, the opportunity areas emerge/surge in certain areas. Covid-19 created the need for accelerated research on epidemiology, remote technology development and no contact payment. On the flip side, cyber security and related professions have come to the fore with increase in online frauds as well as through digital payment platforms.
In the ever-evolving vantage points that we view this modern world, traditional career paths are also being reimagined, giving rise to a fascinating array of unique, rare and lesser-known careers. These unconventional roles embody the spirit of innovation, embracing emerging technologies, changing societal needs and the pursuit of new frontiers.
